Almost all brands have a wife deoderent "clinical stregnth" mark. Even if this is not sweating, which reduces the amount of sweat. I've tried most brands, and I think the best are the pigeon and class. =]
I have the same problem ... I began, Secret Clinical Strength, but I'm not accustomed to it (it took about 8 months to get to this point). Now I use Dove Clinical Strength, which (to work well so far seems to be). I apply it at night before bedtime and the morning after my shower. If none of these work, you can at any time with your doctor and get a prescription.
